You Will Need:
- Basil, ½ cup, stems removed
- Garlic, 1 Tbsp, chopped
- Red Wine Vinegar, ½ Tbsp
- Light Mayonnaise, ½ cup
- Recipe Serves: 4
1. Place first three ingredients in a food processor. Blend until well combined and the basil is well chopped.
2. Remove from food processor and place in a small bowl. Add in mayonnaise and stir until well combined.
Spread on sandwiches or use as a dip
