Braised Baby Bok Choy
You Will Need:
- Baby Bok Choy – 1 lb, halved
- Red Onion, 1 cup, thinly sliced
- Red Wine Vinegar, ½ cup
- Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Pepper, 1 tsp
- Water, ½ cup
- Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp

Instructions:
1. In a deep sauté pan, heat oil over medium high heat
2. Add sliced red onion and sauté 3-4 minutes or until soft
3. Add halved baby bok choy cut side down and water and season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 8 minutes, then stir in the vinegar and brown sugar and cook 3-4 minute more, uncovered or until sauce begins to thicken
