Christmas Ham

You Will Need:
Ham Blend, 1 container, finely chopped
Spiral Cut Cooked Ham, 6-8 lbs
Molasses, ½ cup
Honey, 1 cup
Bourbon, ½ cup
Orange Juice, ¼ cup
Dijon or Yellow Mustard, 2 Tbsp
Recipe Serves: 16

1. Heat honey and molasses in a small saucepan, stirring to blend. Whisk in bourbon, orange juice, thyme and mustard.

2. Place ham in a lightly greased 13×9 inch pan. Brush with glaze.

3. Bake according to package directions or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 140°F, basting every 15 minutes with glaze. Remove from pan, reserving drippings. Cover ham, and chill, if desired. Chill reserved drippings to solidify the fat.

4. Remove and discard fat from the drippings. Bring drippings to a boil in a small saucepan. Serve warm with the ham.
