Citrus Glazed Holiday Ham

You Will Need:
Infinite Herbs Holiday Ham Blend – Parsley, Rosemary, and Thyme, 3 Tbsp, chopped
Bone-in Ham, 6-7 lbs
Brown Sugar, ½ cup
Orange Juice, ½ cup
Lemon Juice, ¼ cup
Honey, ¼ cup
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, 1 tsp
Recipe Serves: 12

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
2. Wash and dry ham, then place in a foil-lined baking pan
3. In a bowl combine ¼ cup brown sugar with salt and pepper. Rub spice mix over ham and roast for 1 hour
4. While ham is baking, combine remaining brown sugar with honey, orange juice, lemon juice, and chopped herbs. Bring to a slow simmer and cook until thick and bubbly
5. Pour half the glaze over the ham and continue baking for 1 ½ hours, turning over half way through
6. Remove from oven, brush remaining glaze over the top and let rest 10 minutes before carving.
