Creamy Herb Stuffed Pork Chops
You Will Need:
- Sage, 2 Tbsp, chopped
- Rosemary, 2 Tbsp, chopped
- Garlic, 2 cloves, finely chopped
- Cream Cheese, ¼ cup, softened
- Breadcrumbs, ¼ cup
- Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
- Feta Cheese, ¼ cup, crumbled
- Pork Chops, 6 each
Recipe Serves: 6
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a small bowl combine the chopped herb blend, garlic, cream cheese, feta, and breadcrumbs. Stir until well combined
3. Lay out pork chops on a cutting board and using a sharp knife, cut a 2-inch slit halfway through the side of each chop (be careful not to cut all the way through)
4. Stuff each prepared pork chop with 1-2 Tbsp of the herb filling
5. Arrange in a nonstick baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes then allow to rest 3-4 minutes before serving
