Grilled Baby Lamb Chops with Mint Dipping Sauce

You Will Need:

  • Mint, 2 Tbsp, finely chopped
  • Baby Lamb Chops 12 each
  • Olive Oil, 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic, 2 cloves, finely chopped
  • Plain Greek Yogurt, ½ cup
  • Lemon Zest, 1 Tbsp
  • Salt, ½ Tbsp
  • Pepper, 1 tsp

Recipe Serves: 4

Instructions:
1. Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat.

2. Brush baby lamb chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper

3. Grill 3 minutes on each side for medium, or until desired doneness

4. While lamb is cooking, combine yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped garlic, and mint in a small bowl

5. Serve lamb warm with dipping sauce on the side
