Rosemary, 1 Tbsp, chopped
Thyme, 2 Tbsp, chopped
Brown Sugar, 1 Tbsp
Tomato Paste, 1 Tbsp
Ketchup, ¼ cup
Apple Cider Vinegar, ½ Tbsp
Dijon Mustard, ½ Tbsp
Water, ½ cup
Shrimp, 1 lb, peeled and de-veined
Salt, 2 tsp
Pepper, 2 tsp

Recipe Serves: 4

Instructions:
1. In a small sauce pot whisk together herbs, sugar, tomato paste, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, and water. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to lo and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until thickened. Cool
2. Marinate cleaned shrimp in ¾ cup BBQ sauce for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill or indoor grill pan over high heat. Using wooden skewers, sugar cane swizzle sticks, or rosemary skewers, place desired number of shrimp on each skewer, trying not to overcrowd
