Grilled Chicken with Orange Glaze

You Will Need:
- Oregano, 1 Tbsp, chopped
- Rosemary 1 Tbsp, chopped
- Thyme, 1 Tbsp, chopped
- Chicken Thighs, 2 lbs, bone-in, skin removed
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Pepper, 1 tsp
- Orange Juice, ¾ cup
- Orange Marmalade, ¼ cup
- Balsamic Vinegar, ¼ cup
- Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
Recipe Serves: 4
Instructions:
1. In small sauce pot combine orange juice, marmalade, vinegar, and chopped herbs. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 10m minutes or until sauce starts to thicken
2. Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill. Season chicken with salt, pepper, olive oil, and ¼ cup of the orange glaze
3. Grill 6-7 minutes per side, brushing with glaze during cooking
4. Serve warm with additional glaze on the side
