Grilled Sea Bass with Herb Marinade

You Will Need

  • Infinite Herbs Seafood Blend – Cilantro, Dill, and Chives, 3 Tbsp, chopped
  • Garlic, 2 cloves, finely chopped
  • Sea Bass Filets, 1 ½ lbs
  • White Wine, ½ cup
  • Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Pepper, 1 tsp
  • Lemon, 1 each, cut into wedges

Recipe Serves: 4
Instructions:
1. In a large zip-top plastic bag, combine chopped herbs, garlic, sea bass, wine, salt, pepper, and 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Seal bag and toss to evenly coat the fish in the marinade
2. Marinate on the counter for up to 1 hour, or, if marinating longer, place in the refrigerator
3. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor gas grill over high heat. Brush the grate with remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil
4. Grill fish filets 5-7 minutes, then turn and continue cooking 3-4 minutes more.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and serve warm with your favorite grilled vegetables
