You Will Need:
Poultry Blend, 4 Tbsp, chopped
Pizza Dough, 1 lb store-bought, uncooked
Parmesan Cheese, ¼ cup, grated
Flour, as needed
Egg, 2 large, beaten
Water, 2 Tbsp
Recipe Serves: 10
1. Pre-heat oven to 400ºF. On a floured surface, roll out premade dough and cut into 10 small pieces.
2. Roll each piece into a long stick about 8-10 inches long. Place on a greased baking sheet.
3. In a separate bowl mix together herbs and cheese.
4. Mix beaten eggs and water. Brush egg mixture on bread sticks. Sprinkle herb and cheese blend on bread sticks and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
