Pasta Blend – Basil, Oregano, Parsley, 2 Tbsp, chopped
Butter, 2 ½ Tbsp
Flour, 2 Tbsp
Milk, 1 3/4 cup
Heavy Cream, 1/4 cup
Garlic, 3 cloves, peeled and finely chopped
Penne Pasta, ¾ lb, cooked
Salt and Pepper, 1 tsp each
Shredded Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup
Recipe Serves: 6
Instructions: 1. Preheat a pot over medium heat and melt the butter 2. Add the flour and stir to combine, cooking the mixture about 2 minutes 3. Slowly add in the milk and cream, stirring until thickened 4. Turn off the heat and add in the salt, pepper, cheese, garlic, and herbs, and stir until the cheese is melted, then fold in cooked pasta. Place in a 8″ x 8″ baking pan and serve.
