Holiday Honey Baked Ham
You Will Need:
- Infinite Herbs Holiday Ham Blend – Parsley, Rosemary, and Thyme, 3 Tbsp, chopped
- Bone-in Ham, 6-7 lbs
- Brown Sugar, ½ cup
- Honey, ¼ cup
- Dijon Mustard, 2 Tbsp
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Pepper, 1 tsp
- Cumin, 1 tsp
Recipe Serves: 12

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
2. Wash and dry ham, then place in a foil-lined baking pan
3. In a bowl combine ¼ cup brown sugar with salt, pepper, and cumin. Rub spice mix over ham and roast for 1 hour
4. While ham is baking, combine remaining brown sugar with honey, mustard, and chopped herbs. Bring to a slow simmer and cook until thick and bubbly
5. Pour half the glaze over the ham and continue baking for 1 ½ hours, turning over half way through
6. Remove from oven, brush remaining glaze over the top and let rest 10 minutes before carving.
