Lavender Sugar

You Will Need:

  • White Sugar, 2 cups
  • Lavender, 1 Tbsp, chopped

Recipe Serves:
1. Combine the chopped lavender with the sugar in a small bowl.

2. Transfer to an airtight container for at least 3 days, shaking every once in awhile.

*The sugar will pick up the lavender flavor, similar to a vanilla sugar. This works as a substitute for regular sugar in crepes, cookies or cake.
