Lemon Dill Rice

You Will Need:
Dill, 2 Tbsp, chopped
Lemon Zest, ½ Tbsp, chopped
Salt, 1 tsp
Butter, 1 Tbsp
Chicken Broth, 2 cups
Rice, 1 cup, uncooked
Recipe Serves: 4
Instructions:
1. Combine rice, lemon peel, dill, salt in a medium saucepan and add chicken broth and butter.

2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover and reduce heat. Cook for 20- 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

3. Serve with your favorite chicken or fish recipe.
