Lemon Mint Iced Tea

You Will Need:
Lemon Balm, 1 bunch, chopped
Mint, 1 bunch, chopped
Tea Bags, 5 each, your favorite brand
Sugar, ¼ cup
Water, 3 quarts
Recipe Serves: 12, 8-ounce servings
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and stir in sugar until dissolved
2. Add chopped lemon balm and mint and 5 of your favorite tea bags.
3. Cover the pot and keep in a warm place for 4-5 hours
4. Remove tea bags and strain out herbs
5. Chill and serve with a wedge of lemon
