Marjoram Grilled Chicken w/ Dill-Chive Sauce
You Will Need:
- Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp.
- Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp.
- Lemon Zest, 2 tsp.
- Marjoram, 6 Tbsp.
- Chicken Breasts, 6 each, boneless, skinless
- Sour Cream, 3/4 cup
- Non-Fat Yogurt, 3/4 cup
- Dill, 2 Tbsp.
- Chives, 1/4 cup, snipped
- Salt/Pepper, to taste
Recipe Serves: 6
1. Make a marinade with the first five ingredients and add the chicken to them for at least 4-6 hours.
2. Cook on an oiled grill or frying pan for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked to 165 degrees.
3. Combine remaining 4 ingredients in a bowl and serve over the chicken.
