Marjoram Grilled Chicken w/ Dill-Chive Sauce

You Will Need:

  • Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp.
  • Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp.
  • Lemon Zest, 2 tsp.
  • Marjoram, 6 Tbsp.
  • Chicken Breasts, 6 each, boneless, skinless
  • Sour Cream, 3/4 cup
  • Non-Fat Yogurt, 3/4 cup
  • Dill, 2 Tbsp.
  • Chives, 1/4 cup, snipped
  • Salt/Pepper, to taste

Recipe Serves: 6

Instructions:
1. Make a marinade with the first five ingredients and add the chicken to them for at least 4-6 hours.

2. Cook on an oiled grill or frying pan for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked to 165 degrees.

3. Combine remaining 4 ingredients in a bowl and serve over the chicken.
