Roasted Peas with Baby Onions

You Will Need:

  • Chervil, 3 Tbsp, chopped
  • Savory, 2 Tbsp, chopped
  • Peas, 2 cups frozen
  • Baby Onions, 2 cups frozen
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Pepper, ½ tsp
  • Garlic, 1 Tbsp, minced
  • Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp

Recipe Serves: 4
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased baking dish.

2. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover and stir. Continue baking uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until onions are golden.
