Roasted Potatoes & Onions

You Will Need:

  • Thyme, 2 Tbsp, chopped
  • Red Bliss Potatoes, 3 lbs, cut into quarters
  • White Boiler Onions, 1 lb, cut in ½
  • Olive Oil, 3 Tbsp
  • Salt, 1 Tbsp
  • Black Pepper, 1 tsp

Recipe Serves: 8
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients.

2. Pour potatoes and onions onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
