You Will Need:
Oregano, 2 Tbsp, chopped
Basil, 2 Tbsp, chopped
Garlic, 2 Tbsp, chopped
Sweet Potatoes, 3 lbs, cut into 1 inch cubes
Olive Oil, 3 Tbsp
Salt, 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper, 1 tsp
Recipe Serves: 6
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients.
2. Pour sweet potatoes onto baking pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
3. Remove foil and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown and fork tender.
