Rosemary Fool

You Will Need:
Rosemary leaves, 1 Tbs., chopped

Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp.

Sugar, 3 Tbs.

Salt, pinch

Heavy Cream, 1 cup

Blueberries, 1/2 cup

Blackberries, 1/2 cup

Raspberries, 1/2 cup

Recipe Serves: 4

1. In a mixing bowl, mix the heavy cream with the rosemary, vanilla, sugar and salt.

2. Whisk on medium-high speed till about medium peaks (soft and fluffy-like).

3. Fold in the berries and chill for at least 30 minutes.

4. Serve in a small glass or over sponge cake.
