Rosemary Green Beans with Mushrooms

You Will Need:
Rosemary, 1 Tbsp, finely chopped
Green Beans, 1 lb, blanched
Mushrooms such as Crimini, 1 ½ cups, thinly sliced
Chicken Stock, ¼ cup
Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
Shallot, ¼ cup, thinly sliced
Salt and Pepper, 2 tsp of each
Recipe Serves: 4

Instructions:
1. Blanch green beans in boiling salt water for 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness
2. Preheat a large sauté pan with olive oil. Sauté mushrooms and shallots until soft and golden brown, about 5 minutes
3. Add in chopped rosemary and chicken stock and cook until liquid is reduced by half
4. Add in green beans, salt, and pepper, and cook until green beans are warmed through
