You Will Need:

Instructions:1. In a saucepan, heat the butter and saute the shallots until translucent (3-4 minutes).
2. Pour in the half and half, cheese, parsley and sorrel and let simmer on low for about 25-30 minutes.
3. Add in the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes
4. Mix in the salmon and pasta and let heat for a bout a minute or two before serving.Recipe developed by Chef Danny Klein.
