Thai Ground Pork Lettuce Wraps
You Will Need:
Cilantro, one bunch, chopped
Ground Pork, 10 oz
Cabbage, 1 lb or about 1 head, cut into quarters
Onion, ½ small, diced
Lemon Juice, 3 Tbsp
Bread Crumb, 2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp
Red Pepper Flakes, ½ tsp
Recipe Serves: 4
Instructions:
1. Cook ground pork in a sauté pan over medium heat, making sure to break up the meat into small pieces. Drain most of the fat, then add onion and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until soft.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together ground pork, onions, and all other ingredients except the cabbage.
3. To serve, place individual squares of cabbage on a plate and fill with one large spoonful of pork filling. Drizzle with extra soy sauce if desired.
