Warm Baby Bok Choy Salad

  • Baby Bok Choy, 1 lb, chopped
  • Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp
  • Rice Wine Vinegar, 2 Tbsp
  • Honey, 1 Tbsp
  • Sesame Oil, ½ Tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds, 1 Tbsp, toasted

Recipe Serves: 4
1. Steam Baby Bok Choy in a sauce pan or bamboo steamer
2. While the bok choy is cooking, combine the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil in the bottom of a serving bowl
3. Toss warm bok choy in the dressing and toss to coat. Top with toasted sesame seeds and serve warm
